Prezzo creates a range of training videos for their restaurant teams throughout the year to make sure everyone always has access to training and support when they need it. Video is an especially useful training tool in fast-paced hospitality environments when “in the moment” training is often needed.

For our latest project we worked with the training and communications teams to create some training videos to support their upcoming menu changes. An essential part of this project was understanding the importance of their Head of Food and Head of Drink communicating the reasons behind these changes. This approach ensures that every new menu video begins with a conversational piece explaining the “why” behind the updates.
